"KNOX" RING (SPENT BRASS EDITION)
Introducing the "KNOX" RING Spent Brass edition. I begin with brass shells, then melt them down to a molten state. After which, I pour into a cylindrical mold, where it is formed into a solid bar. From there, the now solid bar of brass gets turned down on a lathe, then cut into blanks. Each blank is precision machined in our CNC mill to its final stage.
- The rings are perfectly imperfect. Because each ring is melted down and poured into molds. They are subject to pitting from air bubbles. This will not effect the integrity of the ring structure.
- Brass is a soft metal, so treat the ring as such
- Band width (thickness) will differ depending on ring size.
- No two rings are the same. Each is unique in it's own way. Different patterns, different cut faces.
